1. Damaged Products during Shipping:

If your order arrives damaged during transit, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

   - Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.

   - Contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

   - Email the photos and a description of the damage to support@hitechalbums.com.

   - We will assess the situation and either provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

2. Changes during Production:

Since we start the production process soon after an order is placed, making changes can be challenging. However, we understand that situations may warrant alterations. If you need to modify your order, please:

   - Contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

   - Depending on the production stage, we will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee they will be possible.

   - Additional charges may apply for modifications made after the initial order placement.

3. Cancellation:

We strive to deliver your custom products in a timely manner. If you decide to cancel your order, please note:

  - Typically there is a delay of 30 minutes between when the order confirmation email is sent, and when the order enters production, so we cannot guarantee that any change or cancellation request sent after 30 minutes will be accommodated. It is best to contact us directly in that case.

  - Personalized or custom-made items that have already entered production cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process:

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.

   - Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
